Paternoster House redevelopment plans resubmitted
Martin Redfern
A new application to redevelop Paternoster House at the corner of Fore Street and North Street has been submitted a fortnight before previously-granted permission to convert the former department store into flats expired on 22 March.
The building is currently owned by property developer Grenadier, part of the Oxygen House group of companies which is also responsible for Exeter City Futures.
Independent, investigative, in the public interest
Exeter Observer publishes the independent investigative journalism our local democracy needs.
It can do this because it is the city's only news organisation that doesn't answer to corporate advertisers, remote shareholders or those in power.
Instead it depends on readers like you to sustain its public interest reporting.
173 of the 300 paying subscribers we need to cover our running costs and keep publishing have signed up to support our work so far.
