Exeter Comedy Festival returns for its third year with over 100 events including comedy sets, family friendly shows, workshops and a film screening.

Presented by Locally Sourced, a regular comedy night at Little Drop of Poison in Fore Street, this year’s festival features Nish Kumar, Josh Widdecombe, Josie Long, Mark Watson, Bridget Christie and Mike Wozniak.

It also showcases local talent such as former Bard of Exeter Ed Tripp and Bristol’s Muttonbird and Pigeon, and offers workshops and talks on creativity, character and stand-up comedy, shows for kids and a screening of Prevenge followed by a Q&A with director and star Alice Lowe.

Events take place at venues across the city centre including Exeter Phoenix, Bookbag, The Bootlegger, Bunyip Craft, The Hall in Stepcote Hill, Theatre Alibi, The Fat Pig and Exeter Custom House.
