Donna Vincent was a trainee journalist at Exeter Observer contributing community and culture stories and other material for publication.
She had previously worked for Devon & Cornwall Police in its investigations department and as a criminal case liaison officer at Exeter Crown Court.
She has also worked in graphic design and marketing and is a qualified advocate and mediator with experience in several areas of the legal system.
