2025 Exeter City Council by-elections results

The distribution of seats on Exeter City Council following the two by-elections held in 2025 is:

  • Labour (LAB) 22 (-1)
  • Green (GREEN) 7 (=)
  • Liberal Democrat (LIBDEM) 4 (=)
  • Independent (IND) 2 (=)
  • Conservative (CON) 3 (=)
  • Reform UK (REFUK) 1 (+1)

Across both wards the turnout was 37.67%. 5,551 votes were cast among an electorate of 14,767 registered voters and 15 ballots were rejected.

Turnout: 34.90% = 2,270 ballots among an electorate of 6,505.

Turnout: 39.86% = 3,293 ballots among an electorate of 8,262.
