Exeter City Council is looking for a new operator to run the Matford Centre cafe, a purpose-built 6,000 square foot unit with space for 150 covers and a bar.
The council-owned centre hosts one of the largest livestock markets in the South West, run by Kivells, with transaction values of around £50 million per year.
It also hosts boxing matches, supercar days and a regular car boot sale, with outside space used for vehicle storage and lorry and motorbike training
The closing date for expressions of interest is Friday 27 September. The current cafe lease expires in March.
