Exeter City Council is inviting public comments on its plans to dispose of 4.64 acres of Exwick and Flowerpot Playing Fields, in two parcels via leasehold, to Exeter College.
College plans to demolish the changing rooms in Western Road and build a new sports pavilion and an artificial all-weather rugby pitch, to be fenced off and lit by floodlights at night, were revised after prompting widespread objections before being approved last year.
Comments can be submitted until Friday 30 August, in writing to The City Surveyor, Exeter City Council, Paris Street, Exeter EX1 1JJ or via email to estates@exeter.gov.uk.
