NHS Devon appoints new chief medical officer

NHS Devon has appointed Peter Collins as its new chief medical officer, replacing Nigel Acheson who retired last month.

Peter Collins has previously acted as deputy and chief medical officer for trusts in Bristol, Weston-super-Mare and Salisbury.
